F.A.QWhat are the differences between Evista brand-name drugs and Evista generic drugs?
You probably know that pharmaceutical companies carry out extensive research and clinical testing to win approval from the Food and Drug Administration for new drugs. The new drug is then protected by patent for at least 10 years. Hence, a brand-name drug. When the patent expires another drug company can "copy the recipe" for the brand drug. This "copy" is called a generic drug. The FDA requires that generic Evista have the same active chemical composition, be dispensed in the same dosage form such as a tablet or capsule and be taken in the same dosage as the brand-name drug.
Genericmedsale.com recommends the use of a generic drug only when it is "A" rated, the highest bioequivalent rating by the FDA.
Q. What is your policy on medication expiry dates for Evista?
Genericmedsale.com fully complies with all the policies in expiry dates.
We always dispense the best dated products available. Generally our products will have an expiry date of at least one to two years from when we dispense them. In fact, we remove medication from our shelves at least four months prior to the date they expire.
In addition to this, we always make sure products will not expire during the period the customer needs to use them.
